Position Summary The Specialty Care team at Oak Street works under the Population Health umbrella to extend our value based care model into the Specialty care space, advancing our innovative and transformative approach to providing high-quality care. The Manager will partner closely with Specialty Care leadership, as well as management across Population Health and Patient Experience/Service Operations to drive the development and refinement of Oak Street’s strategic agenda and operations around Specialty Care. This role will leverage data capabilities to improve the strategy, project management, field-facing operations, and data accuracy of Oak Street’s referral management activities, with a focus on the Certified Specialist Network - in order to ultimately drive greater impact around Specialty. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable with taking ownership and delivering results, have strong stakeholder management skills with a diverse set of functions (including technical and clinical), be analytical and detail oriented by nature, and excited to bring their own experience and innovative ideas.
