About The Position
Healthcare Network (HCN), a Federally Qualified Health Center serving patients from birth through geriatric care, provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services. The Population Health Data Analyst will work in the Population Health Department in Naples/Immokalee, Florida. HCN seeks caregivers who are passionate about their community and the health and wellbeing of local residents. Candidates for hire must complete pre-employment processing, including a Level 2 AHCA screening, urine drug screen, and validation of job-required immunizations.
Requirements
- Complete a Level 2 AHCA screening as part of pre-employment processing.
- Complete a urine drug screen as part of pre-employment processing.
- Validate job-required immunizations.
