About The Position
Healthcare Network (HCN), a Federally Qualified Health Center, serves as a medical home for patients from birth through geriatric age. It provides medical, dental, and behavioral health services through board-certified physicians and evidence-based practices, regardless of patients’ insurance or income status. HCN is hiring a Population Health Data Analyst for its Population Health Department, located in Naples/Immokalee, Florida. Candidates must complete pre-employment processing, including a Level 2 AHCA screening, urine drug screen, and validation of job-required immunizations.
Requirements
- Complete a Level 2 AHCA screening as part of pre-employment processing.
- Complete a urine drug screen as part of pre-employment processing.
- Provide validation of job-required immunizations.
