About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative in TravelCenters of America’s quick service restaurant, you provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests. The role helps deliver quality food and a clean restaurant environment, supporting the goal of returning travelers to the road better than they came. The position works in a team-focused environment and includes serving guests, processing transactions, maintaining equipment and following food-safety procedures. Other job-related duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Basic computer/POS knowledge preferred.
• Previous food service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve each customer courteously, quickly, and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Provide quality food and maintain a clean restaurant environment for guests.
• Process customer transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) register.
• Prioritize work according to kitchen and dining guest needs.
• Maintain equipment according to operating standards.
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling or preparing food.
• Establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
