About The Position

Our country club is looking for a Poolside Cabana Manager to run the most coveted real estate on the property-our luxurious, laughter-filled cabana scene. This role is for someone who thrives in sunshine, enjoys making people feel like VIPs, and knows their way around a perfectly chilled drink.

Requirements

• Love sunshine, people, and a fast-paced, upbeat environment
• Hospitality, events, or food & beverage service experience
• Can stay cool under pressure
• Can juggle orders, timing, and details without missing a beat
• Can work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Orchestrating the ultimate poolside experience for members and their guests
• Managing cabana reservations, setups, and service flow
• Overseeing all food & beverage service-taking orders, coordinating with the kitchen/bar, and ensuring drinks stay cold and plates arrive fresh and fast
• Keeping snacks stocked, tabs accurate, and service seamless from first sip to last bite
• Leading a team of service staff with energy and style
• Keeping the cabana area looking pristine
• Handling requests ranging from "extra ice" to "can you make this day perfect?"
