The Cabana Attendant works with a team in the Cabana service kitchen including kitchen and FOH staff. They take orders directly from the member or via mobile ordering and facilitate orders accurately and professionally through to the final service of food and beverage to the member or guest. This role does not have any managerial or lead responsibilities.
Requirements
- Ability to learn and manipulate the club’s POS system
- Naturally affable and confident
- Responsible, honest and communicative
- Food safety certification
- Of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
Responsibilities
- Takes orders at order window and accurately inputs them into POS
- Facilitates the plating and presentation of the dish(s) to the member(s) exactly as ordered
- Keeps the areas inside and out clean and pleasant to occupy
- Cleans and maintains equipment according to designated procedures
