About The Position
Bethesda Country Club is hiring a Poolside Cabana Bartender to work this summer. This position will anticipate the member & guest needs and provide a memorable dining experience on the pool deck. This is a great opportunity to be part of team with commitment to providing exceptional service in a fun atmosphere.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending service experience
- Must be 21 years old
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Greet members with enthusiasm
- Accurately ring orders
- Make drinks according to recipes
- Serve food and drinks to members and guests
- Keep tables, pool deck and server stations clean and tidy
- Ability to think on your feet and react to situations in a positive manner with tact, creativity, and integrity
- Work in a team environment
