About The Position
This is a Temporary Pool position. Provide the best experience for our Guests with elegance, style, finesse and a charming demeanor. Must maintain extensive outlet menu, wine and spirits knowledge. Duties include food service and extensive beverage preparation and entertainment/flair for the assigned outlet which may include bar, lounge, gaming and dining areas while maintaining proper health standards and a safe environment.
Requirements
- Minimum age requirement is 21
- Previous Food and Beverage experience in a fast pace environment
- Bartending experience in a nightclub and/or entertainment venue
- Outgoing personality, warm and friendly
- Demonstrate enthusiasm and professionalism
- Effective listening skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high volume environment
- Ability to maintain proper portion control, safety, health and service standards
