Pool Technicians
About The Position
This is a seasonal full-time opportunity supporting residential and commercial pool service operations in the Chester and Montgomery County areas. Both entry-level candidates (willing to train) and experienced technicians are encouraged to apply. This is a field-based role where technicians will report to the shop each morning, then drive a company vehicle to assigned job sites. Pool Technicians are responsible for completing on-site pool service and maintenance tasks for residential and commercial customers. Work includes pool openings and closings, routine maintenance, equipment installation, troubleshooting, and repair of pool systems and components.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (required)
- Ability to drive company vehicle to job sites throughout Chester and Montgomery Counties
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible hours during peak season
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in pool and spa maintenance or similar field service work
- Basic knowledge of pool equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose basic system issues
- Experience with tools, repairs, or general maintenance work
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong customer service mindset are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled daily pool service work at assigned job sites
- Complete pool openings, closings, cleaning, and routine maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment and system components
- Install and service pool-related equipment as needed
- Ensure company vehicle is properly stocked and maintained daily
- Review daily schedules with Service Manager
- Accurately complete service tickets and required documentation
- Deliver professional and courteous customer service at all job sites
