About The Position

We are currently seeking 1st and 2nd shift Maintenance Technicians to join our team. You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. This is a full-time position with a $1,200 sign-on bonus ($400 after 3 months, $400 after 6 months, and $400 after 12 months). There is also a shift premium of $1.75/hour.

Requirements

Mechanical and electrical maintenance experience required.
Experience with troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, circuits, PLCs, etc.
Experience troubleshooting Laser Cutting Machines and/or Phanuc Controls
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Ability to operate a computer and/or tablet device.
Good communication and reading skills.
Ability to multi-task and trouble-shoot in a fast-paced work environment.
Must have own tools (see list of required basic tools)

Nice To Haves

Experience troubleshooting sheet pickling lines, temper mills, shears, slitters a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative maintenance on the temper mill, lasers, sheet pickler, overhead hoists, forklifts and other equipment in the facility.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime to production.
Estimate time and extent of repairs.
Perform routine preventive maintenance.
Maintain material and supply inventory.
Other projects as assigned by management.
