About The Position

TalentWorldGroup is building a talent pool of experienced and certified Pharmacy Technicians for future remote healthcare support opportunities. By joining our network, you'll be among the first to learn about upcoming projects with leading healthcare clients as positions become available. Future assignments may involve managing pharmacy orders, assisting customers, resolving inquiries, supporting prescription-related processes, and maintaining compliance with applicable federal and state regulations. Spanish language skills are preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician License in Illinois, Wisconsin, Florida, or Indiana (as applicable).
• Active PTCB (PTCE) or ExCPT (NHA) certification.
• Must reside in Florida, Indiana, Illinois, or Wisconsin.
• 2–4 years of customer service, supply chain, pharmacy support, or call center experience within the United States.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Stable broadband internet connection (LAN preferred).
• Processor: 1.8 GHz or higher (64-bit preferred).
• RAM: 16 GB minimum.
• Storage: Minimum 10 GB available.
• Screen resolution: 1920 × 1080 recommended.
• Wired USB headset.
• Windows 11 or later.
