Pool Technician
About The Position
Pool Scouts is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our team. No experience is necessary—we'll train you. This is a seasonal position with near full-time hours during peak season and opportunities for year-round work. Pool Scouts is a professional take on the pool service industry, setting the new standard for excellent customer service. Our pool technicians, or ‘Scouts’ as we like to call them, are a group of motivated, dynamic individuals who believe that quality service is built on reliability and customer confidence. We go the extra distance to ensure that we provide professional pool technicians our clients can trust. Our ideal Scout has a fun and positive attitude with a willingness to learn - no previous pool experience required. Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Available Monday-Friday (occasional weekends)
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather
- Comfortable using a smartphone

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential pools
- Open and close pools seasonally
- Perform basic maintenance and repairs
