In this role, you will be the primary architect of water health, equipment functionality, and safety standards across residential and commercial properties.

Requirements

  • Working knowledge of WHMIS, OHS, and safe chemical handling; understanding of pool water quality and sanitation standards.
  • Proficiency in using water testing kits, hand tools, and mobile service software for documentation and tracking.
  • The physical capability to lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks in varying weather conditions, combined with a reliable "Can-Do" attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine pool maintenance, including cleaning, vacuuming, and debris removal to ensure water clarity and cleanliness.
  • Test water parameters (pH, chlorine, alkalinity) and safely apply balancing agents in accordance with regulations.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, and circulation systems, performing minor repairs and component replacements.
  • Drive property transformations through spring openings and fall closings, and transition into essential snow and ice management during winter months.
