About The Position

CIVANA is seeking a passionate, service-oriented, positive, and hard-working Pool Server who is enthusiastic about health, wellness, and hospitality. The Pool Server welcomes guests, serves food and beverages, and supports all service aspects of the pool and surrounding areas. The role includes maintaining pool areas, chairs, towels, and loungers, and providing seating accommodations to create an exceptional guest experience.

Weekend and holiday work is required. Hours vary between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience as a Pool Server, Server Assistant, or in related food and beverage work.
• Willingness and ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Current Maricopa County Food Handlers Card required.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in the sun for long periods.
• Knowledge of or passion for health and wellness.

• Previous hotel or resort experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and fond farewell to all guests.
• Handle all service aspects and elements of the pool and surrounding areas.
• Create an exceptional experience for pool guests.
• Serve food and beverages.
