About The Position

The Pool Host/ess is responsible for greeting and seating guests, coordinating reservations, and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies. This role also involves maintaining a station chart and cover count for the restaurant, recognizing the maximum workload capacity of each server to meet Four Seasons Service standards, and working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
