About The Position
The Pool Cashier I collects entry fees for Lions Junction Family Water Park and may issue membership passes. The position provides customer service to patrons, performs cashiering duties, and assists with water slides during the day. It is a seasonal position requiring availability for flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Completion of two years of high school.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a cashier or related skills.
- Experience in a customer service role.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Greet patrons promptly and in a service-oriented manner while adhering to the City's customer service standards.
- Provide information about Lions Junction.
- Process customer transactions for pool admission and memberships.
- Maintain and balance the cash drawer and process related reports.
- Help pick up litter, check restrooms, and work concessions.
- Ensure facility rules and policies are followed.
- Assist with slide dispatch and welcome table duties as needed.
- Follow City policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
