About The Position

The Pool Cashier I collects entry fees for Lions Junction Family Water Park and may issue membership passes. The position provides customer service to patrons, performs cashiering duties, and assists with working slides during the day. This is a seasonal position requiring flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Completion of two years of high school.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a cashier or related skills.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Greet patrons promptly and in a service-oriented manner while meeting the City's customer service standards.
• Provide information about Lions Junction.
• Process transactions for pool admission and memberships.
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer and process related reports.
• Assist with picking up litter, checking restrooms, and working concessions.
• Ensure facility rules and policies are followed.
• Assist with slide dispatch and welcome table duties as needed.
• Follow City policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
