About The Position

The Pool & Beach Server curates an unforgettable dining experience for guests by taking food and beverage orders, delivering menu items, and ensuring seamless service at HaLani restaurant. The role provides friendly food and beverage service with a high level of guest satisfaction, in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering consistent luxury guest experiences. The successful candidate is efficient, kind, and thrives in a team setting. The position requires using related software and property management systems. This is a temporary seasonal position running from December 23, 2026 through January 6, 2027. The base salary is $18.20 per hour.

Requirements

• Serving experience in a similar environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational skills and sales ability.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High level of product knowledge.
• Ability to maintain professional urgency and momentum.
• TB clearance and Food Handlers Certification are required.
