About The Position

The Pool & Beach Ambassador is responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the pool and beach areas. This role involves interacting with guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable environment. The position is temporary and focuses on delivering the Four Seasons' high standards of hospitality.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a resort or hotel setting.
Knowledge of water safety and first aid.
Familiarity with the local area and attractions.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and personalized service to guests in the pool and beach areas.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously.
Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the pool and beach areas.
Set up and arrange chairs, umbrellas, and towels for guests.
Assist guests with inquiries about resort amenities and activities.
Enforce resort policies and safety regulations in a polite and professional manner.
Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the appropriate department.
Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
