About The Position
New Albany Country Club is now hiring Adult Pool Servers & Bartenders to join our team for the summer season. Enjoy working outdoors in a fun, fast-paced pool environment with consistent hourly pay — no tips required. The position offers a pay rate of $16.00 per hour and requires staff to be 21+.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prior bartending or service experience preferred
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve food and beverages to Members and guests
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain clean and organized pool bar areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties
