About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Server/Bartenders to join our team at Pensacola International Airport. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in both serving and bartending, with excellent sales skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced airport environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a server and bartender in a high-volume setting.
• Strong salesmanship skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of bar operations, drink recipes, and beverage service.
• Food safety certification or knowledge of food safety standards and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a "true people person".
• Personable, approachable, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Utilize strong sales techniques to promote menu items, specials, and upsell drinks and food.
• Maintain knowledge of bar inventory, drink recipes, and current promotions.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and personable manner to build rapport and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
