About The Position

Red Robin bartenders are part of a team filled with unbridled energy, magnetic personalities, and a passion for having fun! As a bartender, you will deliver exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages. This role is a part of the Front of House service team, so great customer service and communication skills are a must. In addition to base pay, you will have great earnings opportunities receiving tips. Red Robin is known for its laid-back atmosphere and uniquely quirky vibe. Requirements

• Must be 21 or older.
• Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles is preferred.
