About The Position
Red Robin bartenders are part of the Front of House service team and are responsible for delivering exceptional Guest service by being efficient, confident, personable, and an expert on all things beverages. This role requires great customer service and communication skills. In addition to base pay, bartenders have great earning opportunities through tips. Red Robin is a high-volume, full-service restaurant concept known for its laid-back atmosphere, quirky vibe, and commitment to serving up connection, fun, and generosity.
Requirements
- Must be 21 or older.
- Prior experience in bartending, bar back, or server roles is preferred.
