About The Position

As a Pool Bartender, you are responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to members and guests while ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable pool environment. Our pool bartenders are professional, efficient, and have a strong commitment to the club’s high standards of hospitality. All team members will be expected to act in accordance with our values of hospitality, excellence, teamwork, and pride.

Must ensure all beverage services comply with state and local laws, including verifying ages.
Must provide friendly, professional, and attentive service.
Must be able to assist with food orders and deliver items to guests.
Must collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
Must maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor.
Must adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Must contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable pool environment.
Must work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
Must support team members and help ensure smooth pool and bar operations.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently to members and guests at the pool.
Take drink orders promptly, providing recommendations and pairing suggestions when appropriate.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, including supplies and equipment.
Ensure all beverage services comply with state and local laws, including verifying ages when necessary.
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all pool guests.
Assist with food orders from the pool quick service restaurant, picking up and delivering items to guests as needed.
Collaborate with other pool and service staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.
Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Contribute to a welcoming and enjoyable pool environment for members and guests.
Work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
