About The Position

Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our team as Seasonal Pool Attendants at the exclusive private Beach Club. As a key member of our resort staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for our guests & members. The majority of your responsibilities will involve supervising pool operations, with occasional assignments to assist with beach-related tasks as well as beach parking lot supervision.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of pool and beach safety procedures.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and enforce pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for guests.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and concerns and providing fresh towels.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in and around the pool area as well as keeping up with towel inventory.
Move and set up beach chair side tables and towels for guests as needed.
Assist with light setup and teardown as needed.
Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Offer assistance with any pool or beach-related inquiries.
Be attentive to guests' needs and provide timely solutions.
Perform routine inspections of pool equipment and pool deck.
Report any maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Respond promptly to any emergency situations and follow established procedures.
