About The Position

The Pool Attendant is responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests at the pool area. This role involves monitoring the pool, enforcing rules, performing routine maintenance, assisting guests, and managing setup and breakdown of pool facilities. The attendant must also be prepared to respond to emergencies and maintain accurate logs for management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety.
• Enforce pool rules.
• Respond to emergencies, including administering CPR and first aid.
• Skim debris from the pool.
• Clean pool decks.
• Perform routine equipment checks.
• Greet and assist guests.
• Answer questions about pool rules and facilities.
• Arrange and remove pool furniture, umbrellas, and equipment.
• Stock supplies.
• Clear trash.
• Document maintenance issues, incidents, and pool logs for management.
