About The Position
Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and friendly manner in accordance with established brand and hotel guest service and sustainability standards.
Requirements
- Previous food and beverage experience or equivalent training required.
Nice To Haves
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and taking and serving beverage and food orders.
- Abiding by state, federal and corporate requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
- Stocking service stations with items such as ice, napkins, or straws.
- Following established cash handling and bank operating procedures.
- Performing side work duties according to determined side work schedules.
- Executing other food and beverage functions such as bartending and bussing in the event of staff shortages or peak periods.
- Focusing on guest satisfaction scores and working toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
- Following sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
- Practicing safe work habits, wearing protective safety equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Performing other duties as requested by management.
