About The Position

Greet and welcome all guests in a pleasant, professional manner. Provide timely cocktail service with friendly, attentive hospitality. Keep assigned areas clean and free of glasses, bottles, and debris. Actively look for service opportunities and respond to guest needs. Resolve guest concerns and answer questions about property events and amenities. Perform side work such as stocking coffee, glassware, sugar, cream, and supplies. Deliver fast (20‑minute or less) beverage rounds and carry full trays each round. Take drink orders, communicate with bartenders, assist with drink preparation, and present beverages to guests. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation. Handle money and transactions according to established procedures. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary. Serve as an ambassador of goodwill and participate in promotional or public relations activities. Promote casino events, programs, and property offerings. Work collaboratively with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, and supervisors. Provide personalized service and use guest names when appropriate. Meet attendance standards and adhere to all regulatory, departmental, and company policies.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • One year of high‑volume cocktail service experience required.
  • Minimum one year of direct customer service experience required.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to initiate and engage in professional, friendly conversation.
  • Professional, approachable appearance that supports guest engagement.
  • Ability to work any day and shift as scheduled.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of tray service and cocktail ingredients.
  • Must present a well‑groomed, professional appearance.
