About The Position

Pool Cabana Attendants are responsible for welcoming guests to RWLV Pool, responding to all rental guest requests, booking reservations, seating guests in assigned rentals (e.g., cabanas, daybeds, reserve seating), and assisting guests with any reservations and/or requests they require. This role will also be responsible for exceeding guest expectations and proactively seeking opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction through positive interactive skills.

Requirements

Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
Polished appearance and demeanor.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
At least 21 years of age.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of six months’ customer service experience, preferably in a resort pool, food & beverage, retail, or a related field.
Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Forbes or AAA knowledge.
Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.

Responsibilities

Maintain complete knowledge of RWLV hotel features, services, attractions, amenities, locations, and hours of operation.
Complete daily setup of rentals, escort guests and assist them with their service requests throughout the day and complete pool turndown services.
Anticipate and deliver guests requests effectively.
Process charges and payment settlements.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the pool deck and entire property areas.
Ensure all Resorts World core values and property and department standards are implemented and applied.
Respond to guest inquiries via phone calls, emails and in-person in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate daily cabana booking arrangements.
Obtain and maintain position-specific licensing.
Communicate all safety and repair needs to the appropriate department or member of management.
Perform other job-related duties as requested.
