About The Position

This role involves maintaining indoor pool/hot tub and kitty pool, as well as assisting with the maintenance and repair of four condo buildings, administration, and the Club House buildings to ensure they are in full operating condition. The position requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility in handling various circumstances. A current CPO certification is mandatory for consideration.

Requirements

MUST HAVE A CURRENT CERTIFICATION IN CPO.
Previous experience in hotel or commercial building maintenance and operations preferred.
Requires the ability to lift 60 pounds on a regular and continuous basis.
Grasping, standing, sitting, climbing, walking and other repetitive motions is required.
Listening ability, visual acuity and good communication skills are necessary.
Demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to be a self-starter.
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as a team member.
Must be able to stand and walk for up to eight hours at a time.
Skills are required to perform multiple tasks with a need to periodically upgrade skills to meet changing job conditions.
Flexibility is required to independently work with others in a wide variety of circumstances.
Able to lift & carry items up to 25+ pounds lbs.
Able to sit at a desk comfortably for extended periods of time.
Able to hear and speak to customers in person and/or by phone.
Able to see and read on computer screen and paper.
Able to always work in a constant state of alertness and exhibit safety.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain the pools and lazy river in good operating and visual condition.
Monitor and maintain the chemical balance of all bodies of water.
Assist with set-up of banquet rooms.
Print and complete work orders daily.
Maintain and repair the major equipment in all condos.
Maintain the satisfactory condition of the interiors of the condos.
Assist with deliveries as needed.
Perform special projects and any special maintenance issues as directed by the Supervisor.
Perform daily security checks on each shift.
Maintain all tools and equipment issued to you or available for your use.
Complete daily work report at the end of every shift and turn into the Administrative Assistant.
