About The Position

The Pool & Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pool environment while ensuring an elevated guest experience through exceptional hospitality, food and beverage service, cleanliness, and safety standards. This role will supervise pool attendants and service staff, maintain operational flow between the Pool and Food & Beverage teams, and ensure guests receive timely and attentive service throughout their experience. The ideal candidate is hospitality-driven, highly organized, service-focused, and able to lead a team in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Requirements

  • CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily pool operations and ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests
  • Enforce pool rules, safety policies, and operational standards
  • Ensure all pool furniture, towels, cabanas, and guest areas are properly set and maintained throughout the day
  • Monitor pool cleanliness and communicate maintenance or safety concerns immediately
  • Respond quickly and professionally to guest requests, concerns, and service recovery situations
  • Assist with opening and closing pool procedures
  • Supervise poolside food and beverage service standards and daily execution
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
  • Maintain communication between the kitchen, bar, and pool service team to ensure smooth operations
  • Support beverage and food presentation standards in line with property expectations
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively engage with guests to enhance the experience
  • Assist with poolside events, activations, and special programming as needed
  • Ensure menus, condiment stations, service stations, and POS systems are properly maintained and organized
  • Support inventory organization, replenishment, and operational readiness of poolside service areas
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate pool attendants, servers, bartenders, and support staff
  • Assist with training team members on service standards, safety protocols, and guest engagement
  • Schedule staff breaks and help maintain proper service coverage during operating hours
  • Lead by example with strong floor presence and hands-on operational support
  • Communicate daily priorities, service expectations, and updates during pre-shift meetings
  • Ensure compliance with local health, sanitation, and safety regulations
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents calmly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate incident and operational reports when necessary
  • Ensure team members follow all emergency and operational procedures
