About The Position

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an experienced Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) to join a clinical sleep lab team. The ideal candidate will perform comprehensive sleep studies, ensure accurate data collection, and deliver high-quality patient care in a professional healthcare environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• RPSGT Certification (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• Minimum 2+ years of sleep lab experience
• Strong knowledge of sleep disorders and diagnostics
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct polysomnographic (sleep) studies
• Review physician orders, patient history, and protocols
• Educate and prepare patients for procedures
• Monitor and document patient responses during studies
• Perform diagnostic sleep testing across patient populations
• Identify and respond to sleep disorders and abnormalities
• Ensure accurate scoring, data collection, and reporting
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
• Maintain and troubleshoot sleep lab equipment
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies
• Provide patient-centered, compassionate care
• Support team operations and mentor junior staff as needed
