About The Position

This role is for a Polysomnographer / Sleep Tech who will be required to float between Flower and Bay Park (Metro Facilities). The patient volume is typically 2-3 rooms, and the technologist will work with a patient age group including Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics. The position requires experience in various polysomnography procedures and related equipment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Polysomnography/Sleep Studies experience.
• Experience with Adult MWT & MSLT, PEDS MWT & MSLT, Mask Fitting, Titration, Arousal, Cheyne-Stokes, Complex Sleep Apnea, Hypopnea, Periodic Breathing.
• Proficiency in PSG scoring, Respiratory Events, Sleep Stages, Cardiac abnormalities, ECG, EEG, End-Tidal CO2, O2 Saturation, Periodic Limb Movement (PLM), PSG, Respiratory Inductance Plethysmography (RIP), TCO2, Hypoventilation.
• BLS certification.
• RPSGT certification.
• RRT/SDS certification.
• Experience with Natus Sleep Works equipment.
• Must be able to float between Flower and Bay Park (Metro Facilities).
• No local travelers within 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Perform Polysomnography/Sleep Studies including Adult MWT & MSLT, PEDS MWT & MSLT, Mask Fitting, Titration, Arousal, Cheyne-Stokes, Complex Sleep Apnea, Hypopnea, Periodic Breathing.
• Monitor and record PSG scoring, Respiratory Events, Sleep Stages, Cardiac abnormalities, ECG, EEG, End-Tidal CO2, O2 Saturation, Periodic Limb Movement (PLM), PSG, Respiratory Inductance Plethysmography (RIP), TCO2, Hypoventilation.
• Float between Flower and Bay Park (Metro Facilities) as needed.
• Work with Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, and Geriatrics patient age groups.
