About The Position

Apple’s Political Compliance team is looking for an organized and quick-thinking individual with good judgment. Political Compliance is part of the Compliance and Business Conduct team, and helps ensure that Apple’s interactions with public employees and officials comply with ethics, anti-corruption, lobbying and campaign finance regulations around the world. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of political compliance regulations with strong program management skills to build scalable processes, track deadlines, manage inputs, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of three years of experience in a corporate or law firm setting
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously
• Experience building, managing and updating internal team process and reference documents
• Experience designing and driving programmatic improvements with a goal of growing team efficiency and building automation where appropriate
• Clear verbal and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion
• Demonstrated program or project management experience, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
• Working knowledge of political compliance regulations

• Ability to work independently and with a variety of business teams and build relationships to drive success
• Technical understanding/abilities preferred, as will assist in assessing internal and external tools and capabilities
