Requirements

  • Seven (7) years of increasingly responsible housing program policy analysis and administration experience, including experience in auditing, training, systems, and quality control.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public administration, public policy, urban studies, or a related field preferred.
  • A related degree may substitute for work experience requirement.
  • Experience with HUD Multi-Family programs and preparation/submission of HUD-50059 forms is preferred.
