We are seeking a Policy Harmonisation Specialist to play a critical national role in strengthening policy consistency, governance and assurance across our Home Care service stream. As part of our Innovation & Quality Division, you will contribute to the design, delivery and continuous improvement of safe, high quality, person centred services. Reporting to the Head of Policy & Frameworks, you will lead the development, review and harmonisation of policies, procedures and work instructions for Home care, ensuring they are clear, practical and aligned with legislative, regulatory and accreditation requirements. This is a 12 month secondment opportunity and can be worked from any of our shared services office locations – Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Davenport and Adelaide. Your work directly enables consistency, compliance and confidence across BaptistCare nationally supporting Home Care teams to deliver safe and effective care every day.
