Inforce Policy Specialist
About The Position
As an Inforce Policy Specialist, you would join a team that has pioneered the industry’s first Inforce Data management offering, 1-Click Annual Reviews, a convenient, automated, solution for agents to manage their client's annuities. The core responsibilities for this role are assisting our agents with a wide range of tasks, such as acquiring values and forms, addressing policy-related inquiries, and supporting servicing requests such as withdrawals or changes. You would play a pivotal role in helping agents move their current clients to Signal Advisors, providing support for their past sales.
Requirements
- Relevant experience with outbound phone calls, emailing, downloading and recording documents, navigating data-base software
- Ability to work within short deadlines while managing several projects simultaneously
Nice To Haves
- Experience with annuities, life insurance, and/or securities is strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Navigate carrier websites and contact carriers over the phone to gather policy information, check status, and prepare annual reviews
- Assist producers with ad hoc policy information requests
- Gather annual statements and publish 1-Click Annual Reviews
- Data analysis and management of In Force Data
- Work with our internal Product Team to drive new features and offerings for our Firms
