About The Position

Quattro Consulting, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a Policy Analyst to serve on a potential contract supporting the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of War for Counternarcotics and Global Threats (ODASW (CN&SP)). The ODASW (CN&SP)) advances the Department of War’s (DoW) mission to counter drug trafficking, transnational organized crime, and threat finance networks. In this key role you will develop and assess policies related to counterdrug, counter-transnational organized crime, and counter-threat finance missions. You will provide strategic analysis of the global security environment and advise senior leaders on policy implications affecting DoW programs and partnerships and play a key role in shaping policies that align with U.S. national security objectives.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree.
  • Current, active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in defense policy or national security analysis.
  • Strong understanding of international relations and security cooperation.
  • Experience supporting DoW or interagency policy development.
  • Familiarity with CD/CTOC/CTF mission areas and strategies.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and agencies.
  • Experience briefing senior leadership or government and military officials.
  • Familiarity with DoW organizational structure and processes.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to access federal facilities in compliance with Real ID.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing international political-military developments and policy impacts.
  • Assessing implications of U.S. and international agreements on DoW programs.
  • Developing policy recommendations for CD/CTOC/CTF initiatives.
  • Supporting interagency and international coordination efforts.
  • Evaluating national security policy issues and stakeholder impacts.
  • Drafting policy documents, reports, and strategic assessments.
  • Providing decision-support analysis for program investments.
  • Coordinating with Combatant Commands and Defense Agencies.
  • Supporting development of security cooperation strategies.
  • Preparing executive-level briefings and decision materials.
  • Conducting research on emerging global threats and trends.
  • Analyzing program alignment with national drug control strategies.
  • Participating in working groups and policy forums.
  • Advising leadership on policy risks and opportunities.
  • Supporting real-time decision-making in dynamic environments.
