Amentum is seeking experienced policy development analysts to support DHS's Office of Strategy, Policy, and Plans. This role will focus on implementing processes, developing strategies, and providing program management support for activities related to the Uyghur Force Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) and the Forced Labor Enforcement Task Force (FLETF). The position's responsibilities are centered on direct support to the FLETF and the implementation of the UFLPA. Key tasks include stakeholder coordination, meeting facilitation, administration, and documentation, as well as process optimization and policy and strategy development. A critical aspect of this role is the ability to communicate clearly and concisely for senior U.S. government policymakers, particularly in producing timely briefing memoranda. Analysts will need strong collaborative skills and experience in interagency policy development. Backgrounds in international trade, strategic communications, issues related to the mistreatment of ethnic/religious minorities, or regulatory enforcement are preferred.
