The Workforce Intelligence Lab (WIL) is seeking a Policy Advisor in workforce development to analyze state and regional education-to-workforce policy and recommend practical reforms. The role supports a competitive grant application WIL is preparing; no award has been made, and there is no guaranteed work or funding. If an award proceeds and the staffing model calls for it, WIL may offer a project-based contract or consulting engagement. WIL will ask before naming the candidate or including their resume in a proposal. The advisor will analyze policy, identify reform options, engage relevant organizations, translate research and data into policy materials, and advise on policy-change strategy and outcome measures. They may also contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to WIL proposals, with authorization to be named.
