As a Police Cadet, you will work alongside experienced law enforcement professionals, gaining valuable insights and hands-on experience in the field. This is a unique opportunity to get a firsthand look at the inner workings of a police department and contribute to public safety in Novi. As a team member you'll be able to enjoy benefits such as Tuition Reimbursement up to $1000 per fiscal year. The pay for this position is $21.00 per hour. The City of Novi, Michigan (population est. 66,000+, located in desirable Oakland County, SE Michigan) seeks a proactive, career oriented Police Cadet to work and learn in a community oriented problem-solving environment. Since beginning the Police Cadet Program in 2009, 15 Cadets have successfully obtained full-time Police Officer careers within the City of Novi.
