About The Position

Responsible for supervising poker operations and staff, ensuring effective and efficient operations while maintaining labor costs, meeting staffing objectives, and achieving guest satisfaction. This role involves overseeing live and tournament poker games, managing player lists, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and house rules. The Poker Supervisor also serves as a primary point of contact for resolving floor calls and player concerns, providing high-level customer service, and supporting the training of new staff.

Requirements

  • Supervisory experience in a poker room setting.
  • Knowledge of poker room policies, procedures, and gaming regulations.
  • Experience in managing player lists, table balancing, game opening/closing, and dealer assignments.
  • Familiarity with table fills, buy-ins, chip transactions, tournament registrations, and payouts.
  • Understanding of compliance and integrity in poker games, including fairness and adherence to house rules, procedures, Colorado gaming laws, and ICMPs.
  • Ability to monitor games for irregularities and take corrective action.
  • Knowledge of surveillance, security, and reporting protocols (e.g., incident reports, Title 31, suspicious activity).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to resolve player concerns or disputes professionally and diplomatically.
  • Proficiency in completing and submitting required logs, shift reports, and incident documentation.
  • Experience in training and mentoring staff.
  • Professionalism, game knowledge, and strong customer service skills.

  • Overseeing live and tournament poker games to ensure smooth, fair, and timely play.
  • Managing player lists, balancing tables, opening/closing games, and assigning dealers effectively.
  • Supporting table fills, buy-ins, chip transactions, tournament registrations, and payouts in coordination with cage and security.
  • Ensuring compliance and integrity of all poker games, including fairness and adherence to house rules, procedures, Colorado gaming laws, and ICMPs.
  • Monitoring games for irregularities and taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensuring compliance with surveillance, security, and reporting protocols (e.g., incident reports, Title 31, suspicious activity).
  • Providing high-level customer service and building positive relationships with players, resolving player concerns or disputes with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Accurately completing and submitting all required logs, shift reports, and incident documentation.
