About The Position
This role requires an individual to perform as both a Poker Dealer and a Supervisor within the Poker Room. The position involves dealing poker, supervising other dealers, and ensuring adherence to company policies and gaming regulations. The job also emphasizes providing excellent customer service and maintaining a thorough understanding of all poker room procedures and relevant gaming laws.
Requirements
- Must have experience or be a graduate of a certified dealing school.
- Able to comprehend policies and procedures and carry them out as set forth in the Internal Controls and manuals.
- Must have a good, sound knowledge of table procedures.
- Excellent customer service knowledge of general information and comps (i.e. dinners, concerts and entertainment).
- Must have a knowledge of all procedures including fills, credits, bank rolls, marker play and irregularities.
- Thorough knowledge of Internal Controls, title 31 and Louisiana Gaming Regulations.
- Must have excellent leadership skills to supervise poker dealers.
