About The Position

This position involves dealing poker games in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The dealer will greet guests, provide game information, and answer questions regarding procedures. Responsibilities include collecting rake, maintaining game integrity, and creating an engaging, professional atmosphere. The role requires maintaining working knowledge of company policies, internal controls, and gaming regulations, as well as providing exceptional guest service and upholding Caesars’ standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Must have knowledge and experience dealing poker at a licensed venue.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Virginia Lottery Gaming License.
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at assigned area.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues.
Ability to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
