This role is for a Senior Cashier and Hourly Lead working in the Service Center, responsible for customer relations at the service window and store office, and accounting procedures. The primary duties include direct supervision of the store's Cash Office, Cashiers, Baggers, CLAG, Pick-Up Lane, and parking lot activity. Responsibilities also encompass customer relations, interviewing potential applicants, scheduling for baggers and cashiers, employee evaluations, check management, cash management, cash drawer security, store banking, office balance, store accounting, Ohio Direct Transactions, and bank card transactions. The position is responsible for front-end operations including weekly ads, advantage sale programs, and bonus buys, as well as general housekeeping. The ideal candidate must be organized, able to prioritize, and follow through with assigned tasks. Support for training programs is also required. The role involves opening and closing the store as needed. Secondary duties include related activities as required or assigned, such as direct customer services provided in or by the Service Center. Availability: Must be available to be scheduled 35+ hours a week, including nights and weekends, based on department needs.
