This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of Point of Sale (POS) materials. The coordinator will ensure accuracy and provide support to the Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams. Key duties include coordinating the placement of POS or racks on outgoing trucks to optimize freight costs and ensuring packing slips are included to notify recipients of impending deliveries. The position also involves receiving and processing manual invoices, following up with vendors on any discrepancies or outstanding payments, and monitoring on-hand inventory levels to maintain minimum stock of generic POS. A weekly inventory report will be produced, and the POS workstation will be maintained. Other duties as assigned.
