About The Position

The Help Desk- Point of Sale Specialist will join a fast paced point of sales team to assist our multiple store locations with troubleshooting register problems and launching new technology and processes.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service support on our point of sale system to all Scheels locations
Diagnose and troubleshoot daily operations, programs and system problems
Opportunity to travel to new store locations to lead/assist in set up/training of POS systems
Responsible for solutions from functional design through implementation in a timely manner ensuring corporate strategies are supported
Perform quality control of programs and system changes prior to implementation
Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
