About The Position

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is seeking a compassionate, experienced part-time Podiatrist to provide mobile care in North Charleston, South Carolina. The role serves geriatric and underserved populations in facility-based settings. CMC manages equipment, supplies, scheduling, billing, and other administrative and logistical responsibilities so the provider can focus on patient care. This is an independent contractor (1099) position intended to supplement an existing schedule.

Requirements

• Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree.
• Active South Carolina podiatry license.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience.
• Knowledge of diabetic foot care and wound management best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to facility-based care settings.

• Geriatric or mobile care experience.
• Weekday availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine foot care, wound care, and treatment for diabetic-related complications.
• Diagnose and manage podiatric conditions commonly affecting geriatric patients.
• Educate patients and facility staff on preventive care and condition management.
• Provide care in a respectful, safe, and comfortable environment tailored to geriatric needs.
