About The Position

Associates disassemble the entire engine core, which includes removal of bolts, rings, seals, connector rods, pistons, cylinder heads, etc. Associates do this by using various tools like impacts, drills, sockets, hammers, and specialized tooling. After removing the parts, they will then load the various parts in a basket, prepping them to be washed. Must have excellent attention to detail, strong hand dexterity and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull and move materials up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk an entire shift (approximately 8-10 hours).
• Ability to use handheld tools such as impacts, hammers, and drills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong hand dexterity.
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble the entire engine core, including removal of bolts, rings, seals, connector rods, pistons, cylinder heads, etc.
• Use various tools such as impacts, drills, sockets, hammers, and specialized tooling for disassembly.
• Load disassembled parts into a basket for washing.
