Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• Basic knowledge of equipment, practices, procedures, and concepts in pumps and motor maintenance.
• Basic communication skills to comprehend, follow direction and convey detailed technical data.
• Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good problem identification and problem resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, assemble and disassemble, repair and maintain pump and motor equipment at nuclear reactor plant sites.
• Conduct a variety of routine field tasks, operate specialized equipment, take measurements, extract and compile data regarding equipment and process performance.
• Develop calculations, tables, reports, and other related data, as needed.
• Maintain maintenance logs and certification documentation.
• Comply with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance.
